It is the visit
which takes place in the main wine cellars of pisco and Ica Valley,

2 DAY:
THE NASCA LINES
Drawings made in
the soil surface (geoglyphs) are representations of animals, fishes,
birds, human figures, plants, straight lines, spirals forms and
trapezoids and were made by ancient Nasca civilization (400 b.C. -
600 d.C.), besides many figures are represented in textiles an
ceramics nasc as well as a proof of carbon 14 applied on the ropes,
huarango poles and remains of 525 b.C. and this is the best evidence
that it were made by the ancient Nasca.
The first lines
were discovered in 1927 by Mejía Xesspe, in 1939 Paul Kosok discover
the shape of a giant figure after in 1941 Maria Reiche start her
researching work and protection of the lines for ever 45 years and
make them known in the world.
She said this
lines and figures were made for predicting seasons and
constellations to guide agriculture and other activities the
religious figures representing deities according andean cosmology,
trapezoids were sacred places where rituals and offerings were being

SCHEDULE: The bus
picks up the passengers from the hotel at the stated time. It starts
a short tour by the ancient downtown, following it gets into the
Cathedral for a guided visit, then it makes a visit to Qorikancha or
Temple of the Sun, afterwards it starts a tour to enter and visit
the four ruins nearby:
Sacsayhuaman,
Qenqo, Puca pucara, Tambomachay, when ending the tour the passengers
are taken to their respective hotels or if they wish they stay in
the Main Square.
CATHEDRAL: It was
constructed between 1560 and 1664, great blocks of red granite were
used the facade is of renaissance style, in the interior an
Altarpiece worked in silver is watched, it holds great treasures in
goldsmith and paintings from Cusco of the colonial epoch.
KORICANCHA: It
was building the Inca epoch to workshop the sun, its walls are large
blocks of stone over these Inca remains was built the Convent of
Santo Domingo.
SACSAYHUAMAN:. At
2 kms. From the city of Cusco, archeological complex of cyclopean
dimensions. The construction is Inca of three platforms put over
that have an average of 360mts. Length. It communicates through
stairs and gates of access also in stone. Only one of these measures
9m height and 5m wide.
KENKO: It is a
rocky place where stairs and ceremonial altars have been carved, it
was used as an oracle or shrine, for religious ceremonies, it has a

of 5.90 m. With the appearance of a Puma.
PUCA PUCARA: It could have been a spot for control and storage of
the production of the valley nearby. At. 6kms. from the city of
Cusco, it has an appearance of a military complex.
TAMBOMACHAY: They
are constructions in stone finely assembled, exists two aqueducts by
which flows water from a manantial whose origin is unknown, the
water falls in a fountain called the Bath of the Inca. At. 7 kms.

4 DAY:
VISIT TO THE
SACRED VALLEY

SCHEDULE: The bus
will pick up from the hotel the passengers to take them to the
Sacred Valley which weather and geography is special having a
gathering of the best maize in the world. Some stops are made where
places of interest can be watched. The first town to visit is Pisaq.
we will go through its crafty market, proper place for the purchase
of craft. Afterwards a stop will be made for lunch in a touristic
restaurant and continue the trip towards Ollantaytambo where it will
be able to make the visit to the archeological complex. Then the
town of Chinchero will be visited, its streets will be toured and
its church which holds canvases of the Escuela Cusqueña finished the
visit we return to Cusco, the bus will leave the passengers in their
respective hotels.
PISAQ:
Picturesque town breed and colonial on which a fair of great
prestige takes place for the tourists. The tour that is generally
made includes the visit to the archeological zone, crafts market,
archeological zone is formed by sector neighborhoods being thus the
one of Intihuatana, the Pre-Inca cemetery, terraces among other
places of much importance.
OLLANTAYTAMBO:
The population that lives in the place settles the houses of their

train station, the tour by train from Cusco up to the town of Aguas

approximately two hours to make the guided visit. Ending the visit
they will get back by bus to the town of Aguas Calientes for lunch,

CHOQUEQUIRAO

A walk of
approximately 60km. between nature and spectacular landscapes in one
of the deepest canyons of the world (Apurimac), previous to the
visit of Choquequirao (Cradle of gold) it is considered as the last
Inca refugy. This archeological complex resisted for decades the
spaniar conquerors. It can be appreciated the grandeur of its work
with a perfect architecture and esthetic, the circuit is full of
natural attractions that grants to the visitor a single sensation of
adventure in contact direct with nature.
SCHEDULE DAY BY
DAY
DAY 1: CUSCO –
CACHORA – CHIQUISQA
Pick up of the
hotel 6-00 a.m. to start the trip up to the town of Cachora in the
journey we will stop a while to be able to appreciate from the but
the archeological remains of Tarawasi, to then continue up to the
bridge of Cunyac between the Deparments of Cusco and Apurimac, then
we will pass by the district of Curawasi and Saywite to finally
arrive to Cachora (1000 approx) from this place we will start our
walk by a soft short cut slope to arrive tot he path of Capuliyoc
(2800 masl) and place of lunch after two hours of walking, ten we
will direct towards the place denominated Chiquisqa (1930masl.) this
place we wil have our first camping.
DAY 2: CHIQUISQA
– PLAYA ROSALINA – SANTA ROSA – MARAMPATA – CAMPAMENTO INC.
After breakfast
(5:00 a.m.) we will continue with our walking with direction towards
the Playa Rosalinas (1550 masl) to then ascend the slope very early
with direction to Santa Rosa (2100 masl) this journey in the most
difficult which we will make in three hours, to then ascend up to
Marampata, lulnche (2850 masl) that is a softer ascending, during
this journey it can be appreciated all the road of the first day and
the vegetation that exists in this place we will have our camping,
the time of walking is of an hour and a half approximately for 20
minutes to Choquequirao.
DAY 3:
CHOQUEQUIRAO – ROSALINA - CHIQUISKA
Very early after
breakfast (5:00 a.m.) we will direct to Choquequirao, that is at
20minutes of walking to be able to receive the dawn of Choquequirao;
this place will be visited for three hours accompanied always by the
guide who certainly will explain about this important Inca refugy.
At stated time we will begin the return to Marampata and begin to
descend up to Santa Rosa place of our lunch, to then descend up to
the Playa Rosalina that is a short cut of an hour, we will direct up
to the town of Chiquisqa, in this place we will camp.
A good breakfast
will be served in Chiquisqa (6-00 a.m.) to return by the same way to
Cachora by the slope that was walked the first day that is softer
with an ascending of two hours until arriving to Capuliyoc from this
plae we will walk two hours more up to the town of Cachora, that is
a short cut softer and we will be arriving 12.00 p.m approx. In the
journeywe will appreciate the exotic flora and fauna as well as
imponent sights snowy ones and the astonishing canyon of Apurimac,
At the afternoon we will transfer to the spring falls of medicinal
waters of Qonqo where we will rest for a space of an hour and
continue after to the city of Cusco, where we will arrive at 8-00
p.m. transfer to the hotel and end of our services.

to the highest point “Patapampa” at 4 900 M.A.S.L. Arrival to Chivay
and accomodation. Lunch and visit to La Calera hot springs. Transfer
to Chivay and overnight
12 DAY:
Second Day:
Chivay – Cruz Del Condor – Arequipa
Breakfast and
departure from Chivay to Cruz del Condor, at this place it ´s
possible to see the fly of the condors and the canyon; the well
visit the main villages in the Colca Valley. Return to Chivay, lunch
and we´ll come back to Arequipa. Arrival to Arequipa
